Traditional and modern design in Wroclaw

After we received the usage permit for the planned buildings at Braniborska 44-52 in the summer of 2020, the complex was put to its intended use.

The complex comprises 4 commercial units and 319 flats spread over 2 parts of the building. It has been designed in such a way that traditional elements, which are in keeping with the flair of the old town, are combined with modern design to perfection.

On the Braniborska Street side, a two-storey decorative portal serves as a representative main entrance.

The construction investment included, among other things, the complete renovation of the building’s façade with high-quality façade panel cladding.

A green inner courtyard, with small avenues and appealing architecture, provides an attractive setting for the residents of Braniborska 44 on the inside of the complex.
