The 3rd phase of Osiedle Karolina is now on sale

Another phase of Osiedle Karolina is now on sale. The third building will provide 66 apartments  at a price from 4,700 PLN/m². Among them there will be an abundance of compact apartments, including 2-room premises with an area of 31 m² and 3-room apartments with an area of 44 m².

Apartments in the first phase have been sold out before the completion of the construction works. The second phase was delivered to market in September 2016 and, after 13 months, up to 90% of apartments have already been sold even though the building had just reached pre-lock-up stage.

Considering such a pace of sales, introduction of the third phase was obvious. After 4 days following the introduction of a new pool of 66 flats with space from 23 to 51 m², six of them have already been sold – asserts Monika Kudełko from the marketing department at Activ Investment.
The construction works on the investment will begin in the spring of 2018, and end by Q3 of 2019.

Osiedle Karoliny – presale of the last phase!

Osiedle Karoliny is located in the northern part of Katowice, just 1.2 km from Spodek. The investment will provide 5 residential buildings with an interesting and state-of-the-art architecture.

Currently, the offer includes the last apartment in building no. 3 and apartments in building no. 5. Due to great interest in the investment, at the beginning of September the developer decied to launch a new housing pool at building no. 4.

The construction of a new investment in Kraków has just been launched

The construction of a new investment in Kraków was officially launched on 28th March. At the moment, the demolition of old buildings located in the plot, is underway.  Two residential buildings with 122 apartments will be developed during the first phase of Apartmenty Wadowicka investment.

Although the construction has just started, there are only 16 apartments left for sale, with space ranging from 41 to 78 m².

Completion of the construction works is scheduled for Q2 2020.

Karolina Housing Estate – Stage V

Apartments in the 5th building of the Karoliny Housing Estate in Katowice are on pre-sale now. 91 apartments with an area of 25 to 51 m² will be built as part of the Investment. They will include numerous compact apartments, including 2- or 3-room apartments with an area of 31 m² or 47 m² respectively.

New Investment. Wadowicka Apartments on sale!

Wadowicka Apartments is a new investment carried out by Activ Investment in the south of Krakow, just 2.5 km from the Main Market Square.

Flats in Tower D sold out

We are pleased to inform you that we have sold the last flat of the 4 Towers investment. This is the end of our long adventure with the Centennial Housing Estate which we have continued since 2013.

The 4 Towers investment is one of the largest residential and service real estates in Silesia. We have constructed and sold nearly 500 flats of the investment. The service part on the ground floor of the building (with the surface of nearly 2000 m2 each) has become the seat for, inter alia, the supermarket chain “Piotr i Paweł” and the chain of fitness clubs “Smart Gym”.

The construction of the investment at the Banacha Street III has been launched

The construction of the last stage of the Banacha investment has been launched. The 3rd stage will consist of 76 flats with the surface of from 29 to 83 m2. As in the former two stages, all flats in the building will have balconies or terraces, while flats on the ground floor will have green areas.

Our project at the Karoliny Street is underway. The first stage of 45 flats has already been completed, while the second one (also with 45 flats) has been completed in 60%. We have also started works on the third stage (with 70 flats).

Another record quarter in the Company’s history

In the first quarter of 2017, we achieved record results in terms of our turnover and the number of sold flats. We sold a total of 411 flats for PLN 102 million (approx. EUR 25 million) during this period. At the moment, 1.170 flats are under construction.

The largest housing investment in Katowice (4 Towers at the Chorzowska Street)

We started the construction of the fourth and last tower within our largest housing investment in the metropolis region of Upper Silesia. The first three towers were constructed and successfully sold in the years 2011-2016. Apart from 160 flats, the fourth tower is also to house large-surface commercial offices on the ground floor. All commercial offices and 120 out of 160 flats found new owners still before the construction launch. The fourth tower and thus the whole project are due to be completed in early 2019.

Film documentary “Kedi” – the most successful film launch in the USA

The premiere of our documentary “Kedi” turned out to be a pure success. Opinions by press critics (inter alia New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Hollywood Reporter) were all very favourable. The rights to the Internet transmission were already sold to YouTube Red.

The company Mein Lager 24 GmbH was successfully sold to the Lagerbox Holding. The Holding operates over 30 self-storage warehouses in Germany and Switzerland. The real estate in Mannheim is still in the possession of the Capital Group and was leased to the Lagerbox Holding under a long-term lease.

A new housing investment with 200 flats in Cracow – at the Wadowicka Street

We purchased a plot of land in the popular southern district of Cracow. It is planned to construct there approx. 200 freehold flats with 200 parking lots in the underground garage. The construction is to start in mid-2017. The investment is to be completed in early 2019. Due to a large number of reservations, we expect the flats to sell off within three months.

Film documentary “Kedi” – official cinema launch in the USA

Through our associated company PK Filminvestment GmbH, we invested in the project film called “Kedi” in cooperation with the US producer TERMITE. With 50% of shares, we are co-producers of the project. The film “Kedi” is a documentary covering the exciting life of street cats in the Turkish metropolis of Istanbul (www.kedifilm.com). The film is to be premiered on 17 February 2017 in New York in the USA. During the following months, the film will be shown in over 130 cinemas across the United States. Furthermore, the film will be screened during many festivals and in multiple cinemas all over the world starting from spring 2017.

Best financial year ever

The year 2016 ended with a record sales revenue of 209 million PLN (approx. EUR 50 million). This made it the most successful financial year in Activ Investment’s history, coinciding with the 20th anniversary of the founding of the company in 1996. Altogether 812 apartments, 7 business objects and 403 parking spaces were sold in 2016. Thus, since the foundation of the company in 1996 over 5,000 apartments have been realized.

Two new hotels for Mannheim – nH hotel and Novum Hotel

After nearly two years of negotiations a plot of land on Seckenheimer Straße / corner of Schlachthofstraße was acquired from the city of Mannheim by our project partner, GBI AG. Shortly before closing the purchase contract with the city of Mannheim, building permits were issued for both hotel projects. The Podstawski Group both acquired the plot of land and carried out the entire project management process.

Secured plots of land for residential construction

In a good location in Mannheim, two plots of land were obtained for an upscale residential construction. An apartment house is to be constructed on each plot. The preliminary planning has already been set in motion, with a total of 3,000 square meters of living space to be built. Start of construction is expected for the end of 2017.

Considerable sales growth in 3rd quarter

In the third quarter, sales increased to 89.5 million PLN (approx. EUR 21 million), with a total of 355 apartments being sold in this quarter. Due to the very high demand, turnover was again increased substantially over the previous quarter.

Finishing of another newly developed rental object at Weidenstraße 13-15, Mannheim. 

Mannheim:

Apart from the completed as soon as in December 2015 and already fully rented newly developed rental object (Kfw-70-Standard) at Traitteurstraße 49 (19 apartments/27 underground parking lots), we have just finished the second, concurrently constructed rental object at Weidenstraße 13-15 in Mannheim, and handed it over to the lessees. The building includes altogether 21 exclusive apartments, covering the total area of 1.860 square meters, as well as 24 underground parking lots accommodated on 2 floor spaces. As usual, the aforementioned apartments are also equipped with fine and comfortable facilities (for example, high headroom of compartments, ecological Austrian parquet from solid wood, High-Speed-CAT-7 cabling in all residential and sleeping premises, large format Premium stone siding and designer facilities, including heated bathroom floor as well as various other elements.) Almost all of the apartments have already been booked along with the end of the building’s completion works.

New sales record in the first quarter of 2016 set by the Activ Investment Sp. z o. o. [Limited] from Cracow.

Cracow:

Along with the 240 sold apartments and the sales volume amounting to 55 million PLN in total (about 13.1 million EUR), the Activ Investment Sp. z o. o. [Limited] has managed to finalize the leading quarter in their 20-year history, in terms of sales. In the 2016 trading year we anticipate the total sales amounting to over 250 million PLN (about 60 million EUR.)

Start of the first construction section (designer residential tower) at Mogilska Street in Cracow. 

Cracow:

The first stage of construction has commenced at Mogilska Street. The project is taking place near to the city center. The plans provide for the construction of three buildings in this area, each up to ten floors. 307 apartments and 370 underground parking lots will be created in total. During the first stage of the construction that has just commenced, 90 percent of the apartments have already been sold to the end-customers. The overall sales volume in this area amounts to over 90 million PLN (about 21 million EUR.)
